DP 3-D Position Overview
Deep Down Marine Technologies Dynamic Positioning System is a state-of-the-art software and hardware control system for offshore vessels and yachts. Our system is designed from the ground up to provide the most fuel-efficient operation of your vessel. The tight integration of the system includes features such as anchor assist, watch circle area, target follow (AIS or ROV), joystick control, auto-pilot, and auto-track.

The modular design of the DP systems means that we can integrate with any manufacturer and any signal interface. Systems are able to be easily retro-fit to almost any kind of existing control system in a very short manner of time, reducing vessel down time and maximizing utilization.

DP Operators will enjoy an easy to use interface that reduces clutter and provides only the information they need to operate the vessel safely and efficiently. Operator stations can be placed anywhere on the vessel, even stations that are monitoring only. Vessel graphics align to the orientation of the operator station allowing an intuitive link between the screen and the vessel.

The DP System is designed to operate in the harshest environments, and is configurable from joystick only systems all the way through DP-3 The DP System can be integrated with our Machinery Plant Control and Monitoring (MPCMS) Systems and Power Management (PM) Systems.
